Colombia has two key laws underpinning E-DIGNA’s work:
Law 1273 of 2009 — establishes measures against computer crimes, including unauthorised access to information systems and data interception.
Law 1581 of 2012 — regulates the collection, storage, use and circulation of personal data, granting individuals rights over their own information.
