E-DIGNA — Empowering Digital Navigation & Awareness — is a comprehensive educational programme aimed at strengthening cybersecurity competencies, technoethics and AI literacy among students in grades 9–11 at Instituto San Carlos de La Salle (Medellín, 2026).

1. 01 The problem The gap between surface-level technical skill and critical security awareness in Colombia and at Instituto San Carlos.
2. 02 Legal framework The Colombian rules that criminalise computer offences, regulate personal data handling and bind the school on cyberbullying.
3. 03 Methodology // planned Mixed-methods explanatory sequential design, pre-experimental single-group pre/post, grounded in DigComp 2.2. Implementation is planned, not yet executed.
4. 04 Expected impact The three projected levels of impact — individual, institutional, and community — and the success criteria fixed in advance.
