E-DIGNA — Digital Education for Analytical Navigation — is a comprehensive educational programme aimed at strengthening cybersecurity competencies, technoethics and AI literacy among students in grades 9–11 at Instituto San Carlos de La Salle (Medellín, 2026).

1. 01 The problem The gap between surface-level technical skill and critical security awareness in Colombia and at Instituto San Carlos.
2. 02 Legal framework The two Colombian laws that criminalise computer offences and regulate the handling of personal data.
3. 03 Methodology // planned Participatory Action Research with a 5-week pilot grounded in the DigComp 2.2 framework. Implementation is planned, not yet executed.
4. 04 Expected impact The three projected levels of impact — individual, institutional, and community — based on the research design.
